Account and Data Deletion Request - Habitero

We take your privacy seriously. This page explains, in clear terms, how to request deletion of your account and personal data associated with Habitero.

Application
Habitero
Support
[email protected]
Email timing
Up to 7 business days
Subscriptions
Google Play Store

Attention premium subscribers

Deleting your Habitero account permanently removes all personal data and history from our servers, but it does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed by the Google Play Store. To stop renewals and future charges to your card, you must manage and cancel your subscription directly in your Google account before requesting deletion.

Manage Subscriptions on Google Play

Choose the path below that matches the access type you used in Habitero. To prevent improper deletion, email requests may require confirmation that you own the account.

1

Google Account Sign-In (OAuth)

In the app

Open Habitero and go to Settings > Delete account and data > Delete Account.

By email

If you already uninstalled the app, email [email protected] from the same Google email registered in the app, with the subject Account Deletion - Habitero.

Processing may take up to 7 business days after the request is confirmed.

2

Guest Mode / Anonymous Login

In the app

Open Habitero and go to Settings > Delete account and data > Delete my data (Guest Mode). This deletes your server account data, signs you out, and resets local app data on the device.

Clearing Android data

If you already uninstalled the app, go to Settings > Apps > Habitero > Storage > Clear Data.

Clearing Android app data removes data stored on the device. If you used Guest Mode and no longer have access to the anonymous session, we may not be able to associate the remaining server data with you unless you contact support with enough information to verify the account.

What will be permanently deleted?

When deletion is complete, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:

  • user profile, account identifiers, photo, language, theme, and usage preferences;
  • complete habit and routine history, check-ins, goals, missions, streaks, statistics, XP, levels, achievements, and progress;
  • habit journal entries, notes, comments, photos, visual evidence, and records associated with specific habits;
  • AI mentor settings, chosen personality, briefings, suggestions, interaction history, and conversations with Artificial Intelligence;
  • cloud synchronization data, associated backups, session tokens, and technical preferences linked to the user;
  • diagnostic data directly linked to the account, when technically possible and when it does not need to be retained for legal reasons.

What may not be deleted immediately?

We may retain minimal data for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, keep tax or financial records, and preserve service security. Billing, subscription, and payment records managed by Google Play are controlled by Google and must be managed in your Google account.
