This information is used to keep the Application operating, investigate errors, prevent abuse, improve stability, and provide technical support.
5. Local storage and offline operation
Habitero uses local storage on the device to provide a fast, persistent experience that, when possible, works even without an internet connection.
This means that certain habit data, preferences, records, and settings may remain stored on the user's own device.
Deleting the Application may remove locally stored data, depending on the operating system and device settings. However, uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete data that has already been synchronized with cloud services or transmitted to service providers.
To request deletion of data associated with your account, contact us at contact@habitero.app.
6. Cloud synchronization
When account, backup, synchronization, or online features are active, certain data may be synchronized with cloud servers to allow:
- account access across different devices;
- data backup and recovery;
- history persistence;
- operation of premium features;
- generation of AI analyses and mentorship;
- technical support and security.
Cloud synchronization may involve services such as Firebase, Firestore, Cloud Functions, cloud storage, and other infrastructure providers used by Habitero.
7. Device permissions
Habitero may request specific device permissions only when necessary for Application features.
7.1 Camera
Camera permission may be requested to allow you to take a profile photo, record photos or visual evidence related to habits, and associate images with the habit journal.
The camera is used only when you activate a feature that requires this permission.
7.2 Notifications
Notification permission may be used to send local reminders related to habits, missions, routine, or consistency tracking.
You can manage or disable notifications in your device operating system settings.
7.3 Storage and files
When necessary, the Application may access device storage resources to save, display, or load images, evidence, temporary files, and data required for operation of the Application.
8. Artificial Intelligence
Habitero uses artificial intelligence technologies, including AI models provided by third parties, to generate briefings, analyses, suggestions, and personalized content related to your habit routine.
AI may process information such as:
- registered habits;
- execution frequency and history;
- misses and consistency patterns;
- journal notes and entries;
- mentor preferences;
- progress, gamification, and performance information;
- context provided by you in the Application.
This data is processed to provide more contextual, useful, and personalized mentorship.
The AI mentor may suggest adjustments, identify patterns, highlight inconsistency risks, recognize progress, or propose routine experiments. However, Habitero does not automatically change your habits without you controlling the actions applied. Suggestions may depend on user review, acceptance, or manual action.
Habitero does not sell your personal data for external AI model training. Identifiable data such as name and email are not shared with third parties for sale or behavioral advertising purposes.
However, when using AI features, part of the content necessary to generate responses may be processed by infrastructure and artificial intelligence providers contracted by or integrated with the Application, according to their own policies, terms, and security measures.
9. Subscriptions, purchases, and premium status
Habitero may offer paid features, premium plans, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other commercial resources.
